Western Camp

Crohn’s and Colitis Canada is excited to host an overnight camp for children and teens (ages 9-17) living in Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB and the Territories) at Easter Seals Camp Horizon.

Camp Horizon is situated within the picturesque Rocky Mountain foothills just outside of Bragg Creek, Alberta. For over 50 years, Camp Horizon has been dedicated to providing children and youth a safe and nurturing environment to play, learn and interact with their peers. Camp Horizon is the only facility in Alberta that offers camp programs tailored entirely to the needs of a specific special needs featured group each week. Many of their programs and equipment are unique to the rest of the province and to Canada.

Camp Got2Go in Western Canada will take place from Sunday July 7th - Friday July 12th, 2019
